2003-09-08: The beta program for the Rockwell/Conexant HCF modem driver is over.
The proprietary driver may be purchased from Linuxant. Old, no-cost beta versions
of the driver will not be supported or distributed by Linuxant.

2002-03-06: There is a beta driver for Rockwell/Conexant HCF modems available here.
The beta drivers are more current than the official driver.

2002-02-06: The official Conexant driver will be posted here when it is released.

Components

  The RH56D-PCI modem family is available in two forms:

  1. A 2-device set plug-compatible with Conexant's RS56-PCI
     host modem family. The two devices are the PCI Bus
     Interface in a 176-pin TQFP and MDP in a 144-pin TQFP.

  2. A 2-device set in a 176-pin TQFP (PCI BIF) and a 100-pin
     PQFP (MDP).
